AI Subtitle Translator provides subtitle translation workflows with a credit-based billing model, downloadable results, and account-based history.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You are responsible for activity under your account
• You must provide accurate account information
• You must comply with laws in your region when using the service

4. User Content and Rights

• You retain ownership of your uploaded subtitle content
• You grant us a limited license to process content only for service delivery, security, and support operations
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content
• Use the service for NSFW or prohibited content workflows
• Attempt to bypass billing controls, limits, or security protections
• Abuse APIs, automate attacks, or reverse engineer security mechanisms

6. AI Safety and Output Limitations

Our AI model providers may refuse requests involving illegal, infringing, or NSFW content. Translation output quality can vary by language pair and source quality. You are responsible for final review.

7. Plans, Credits, and Billing

• Usage is billed through subscription credits or purchased credits
• Subscription credits reset by billing cycle
• Purchased credits are non-expiring unless otherwise stated
• Credit metering for subtitle translation follows: ceil(duration_minutes) x target_language_count

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel subscription renewal anytime
• Access continues until current billing period ends
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy

9. Privacy and Data Handling

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subtitle job records and generated subtitle outputs are retained for up to 7 days for account history and re-download, then automatically removed.

10. Availability and Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We may change plans and pricing with notice where required by law.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, fraud, or legal reasons.

13. Governing Terms

These terms are interpreted under the applicable law of our operating location (Shenzhen, China), subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
