Credits, subscriptions, and billing correction rules.

Important
Digital credits and subscription charges are generally non-refundable after purchase unless an eligible exception below applies.
1. General Rule
AI Subtitle Translator sells digital usage credits and recurring subscriptions. Because value can be consumed immediately, sales are final except for qualified billing issues.
Eligible for Refund or Credit Return
Platform failure during translation
If translation fails due to platform error, consumed credits are automatically rolled back.
Duplicate or incorrect billing
Duplicate charges for the same transaction may be corrected or refunded after verification.
Not Eligible for Refund
Purchased credits (unused or partially used)
One-time credit packs are non-refundable after purchase except where required by law.
Partial subscription periods
Cancellation stops renewal. Access remains until period end with no prorated refund.
Preference-based dissatisfaction
Style preference differences are not treated as billing errors and are not refund eligible.
2. Request Window
Billing correction requests should be submitted within 7 days of the charge date, with relevant evidence.
