• Your subtitle files are processed only to deliver requested translations
• We do not publicly publish your uploaded subtitle content
• Translated files are available only within your authenticated account context

6. Data Retention

• Account and billing records are retained as needed for operations, fraud prevention, and legal compliance
• Subtitle jobs and generated outputs are retained for up to 7 days and are then automatically deleted in scheduled cleanup
• Security logs are typically retained for a limited period unless needed for investigation or legal requirements

We use essential cookies for authentication, security, and core service operation.

8. Safety and Restricted Content

We use AI systems that may refuse to process unlawful, infringing, or NSFW content requests. Accounts may be suspended for abuse or policy violations.
